What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example, promote company values, and foster a safe, collaborative work environment.
• Mix cement or epoxy grouts with professional equipment to achieve the perfect consistency.
• Assist in constructing and reinforcing forms and bracing for concrete pours.
• Guide concrete delivery to ensure efficient and precise placement.
• Handle tools, equipment, and supplies with care, ensuring everything is ready for the job.
• Spread, level, and shape concrete surfaces to achieve a polished and professional finish.
• Detect and correct any imperfections in the finish to uphold quality standards.
• Operate tools like trowel machines, mechanical screeds, and early entry saws.
• Take pride in completing curbs and achieving flawless finishes during pours.
• Support the team with a proactive and positive attitude, always striving for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skills: Proficient in basic math and the ability to interpret flat drawings into 3D applications.
• Experience: 3-5 years of concrete experience, with at least 2 years in construction.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
• Tools and Safety: Skilled in using hand floats, trowels, edgers, and other finishing tools, with a strong commitment to safety practices.

Preferred Certifications and Training:

• Flagger Certification
• Small Tools Training and Care/Safety
• Introduction to Equipment Course
• Advanced Concrete Principles
• Basic Plan Reading
