Generations Church is a growing, intergenerational church in Northern Kentucky with a passion for reaching people of every generation with the love of Jesus. Our mission is to make Christ-like disciples of all generations by meeting the needs of our community and sharing the good news of Jesus. We believe kids are not just the church of tomorrow; they are the church of today!

We are seeking a passionate, relational, and spiritually mature Children’s Pastor to lead and develop our ministry to children from birth through 5th grade. This full-time position will provide vision, leadership, and direction for our children’s ministry, helping create an environment where kids can experience the love of Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and grow in their faith.

The Children’s Pastor will lead and develop staff and volunteer teams, oversee Sunday and midweek programming, coordinate special events and family ministry opportunities, and partner with parents to help children become lifelong followers of Jesus.

Qualifications:

– A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for helping children know and follow Him.

– Theological compatibility with the Church of the Nazarene.

– Experience or education in ministry leadership, team development, or volunteer management.

– Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

– A heart for children, families, and the local church.
