Slicer Operator - Line 2 - 1st ShiftWest Liberty Foods

The Slicer Operator is responsible for the successful operational capabilities of theslicer machine. This responsibility entails from accountability and assembly of slicer machine to its operation. The Slicer is responsible for ensuring the slicing machine is functioning properly and efficiently. The Slice Operator uses the slicing machine to slice fully cooked product to the specified dimensions to be further processed for packaging and shipping. The Slice Operator also is responsible for inspecting product for quality and is free of defect.
Load slice machine

Adjust slice machine for operation

Pull out excess meat out of machine

Blow out machine (clear machine)

Work in elevated platform

Inspect and maintain the quality of product

Inspect for defects

Clean components of slicing machine

Maintain pace of the line

Perform all duties within the GMP standards

Adhere to PPE policy

Perform additional duties as assigned TBD
