TPO grew to 500,000 subscribers with a dental student leading the growth and marketing efforts. Our founder launched TPO while working full-time for Dish Network. Our Managing Editor? Environmental Studies degree. Moral of the story: we care more about initiative and results than perfect résumés.

About the job

Are you the type of person who builds Claude dashboards for your local Survivor club? Built an app to coordinate groceries with your spouse? In this job, you will:

• Partner with Growth. You'll work most closely with our Growth team to expand the mission of TPO.
• Build our CDP. Your first priority will be to build and maintain a new customer data platform.
• Guard the gates. Protect us from those no-do-gooder cyber criminals.
• Own the product. Think like a Product Owner, not just a Developer.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience, with a preference for full-stack or back-end development expertise
• DevOps experience
• AI workflow integration, with an emphasis on security
• Passion for TPO's mission
• Proximity to Iowa City, Iowa (well, technically Tiffin…)

Compensation & benefits

• $77,000 to $133,000 compensation, depending on experience
• 401(k) with match
