Job Description
- Work directly with the PM to run the project
- Support project planning, coordination, and documentation to keep schedules, budgets, and deliverables on track
- Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project logs to ensure clear communication and accurate records
- Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to resolve field issues, track progress, and maintain quality
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade partners to clarify design intent and maintain alignment
- Assist with procurement, material tracking, and cost control to support smooth project execution

The Successful Applicant
- 2-4 years of experience with a general contractor
- Experience working on education, commercial, retail, or industrial projects $5-20MM+
- Passion to grow into a Project Manager and eventually run your own project portfolio
- Strong communicator and leadership skills
- Ability to be mentored and trained
