About Our Client

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established Indianapolis general contractor that has grown into a $300M+ builder by being highly selective about the work they pursue and consistently delivering for their clients. Their relationship-driven approach has created an extremely loyal repeat-client base, a strong local reputation, and a steady pipeline of high-quality work.

With annual revenue approaching $400M, the company offers the stability of an established contractor while continuing to grow and take on larger, more complex projects. Their teams are well-structured and highly collaborative, giving employees the resources and support to successfully run their work.

Their entire portfolio is local to Indianapolis and surrounding markets like Fishers, Noblesville, and Greenwood, so there is no extensive travel. Typical projects range from $20M-$50M, with the company intentionally expanding into $100M+ opportunities as they continue to grow.
