Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, valves, and related equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and installation procedures
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe using hand and power tools
• Install water supply lines, drainage systems, and venting systems according to code and project requirements
• Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and project specifications

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
• Experience working in commercial plumbing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plumbing schematics
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
• Ability to work on active construction sites and in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and elevated surfaces
