What You Can Expect

Your role will combine clinical responsibilities with the opportunity to build genuine relationships with residents. You'll be supported by a team that values communication, cooperation, and quality care.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide person-centered nursing care that promotes residents' health, safety, and well-being
• Support residents' individual healthcare needs and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as directed and within your scope of practice
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes or concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and fellow team members
• Build trust and meaningful connections with the people you serve
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive care environment

Hourly Pay:

• LPN: $31.37–$35.63
• RN: $36.88–$41.89

Additional compensation:

• +$2.00/hour weekend differential

What You'll Need

• An active Indiana RN or LPN license
• A commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• 1+ year of experience in acute care, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
