In this role, you'll oversee daily farm operations, manage a team, and ensure everything runs smoothly from the ground up. You'll need to be a natural problem-solver who's comfortable using technology to optimize processes and improve efficiency. A passion for agriculture and a willingness to keep learning are key to thriving in this position.

Oversee and coordinate daily farm operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard Lead, schedule, and support a diverse team, fostering collaboration and accountability across all farm activities Identify operational challenges and implement practical, tech-forward solutions to improve productivity and outcomes

Proven experience managing teams in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with the ability to hold yourself and others accountable Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and adapt to changing priorities Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, as you may be working with a multilingual team on a daily basis
