About Our Client
Our client is a growing General Contractor specializing in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, tenant improvement, and commercial projects throughout the western suburbs of Chicago.
Job Description
- Lead daily site operations from groundbreaking through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards
- Monitor project quality and ensure contract compliance
- Manage site logistics and manpower planning
- Maintain project documentation and field reports
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience
- Background in light industrial, warehouse, commercial, or manufacturing construction
- Experience on projects ranging from $5M-$50M+
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling
- OSHA certification preferred
