Job Summary
- Utilize HR software and other standard office equipment to record, store and retrieve information
- Performs candidate screening and behavioral interviews as part of the hiring process
- Onboards new employees and ensures paperwork, badges are completed and processed in UKG
- Enrolls employees in benefit plans and provides assistance with issues or questions
- Enters and processes all types of leaves in UKG
- Assists in the planning and execution of various events for employees and potential candidates at the DC
- Accurately tracks various HR information, including but not limited to, recruiting, headcount
- Assists with minor IT issues at the DC
- Customer service skills to serve employees in an appropriate manner
- Assist with processing payroll
