Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from buyout through completion
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and procurement activities
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Review and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
- Support business development efforts and client relationships

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Experience managing ground-up retail and commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of budgeting, contracts, and scheduling
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
