Job Description
- Manage jobsite safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings
- Review construction drawings and specifications
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project success
- Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
- Experience leading ground-up retail and commercial projects
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Proficiency with Procore and construction technology platforms
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractor trades
