Job Description
- Oversee all phases of project delivery
- Manage project financial reporting
- Coordinate procurement of long-lead materials
- Lead OAC meetings
- Review subcontractor performance
- Drive schedule and cost performance
- Tilt-wall construction
- Distribution centers
- Manufacturing facilities
- Cold storage projects
- Logistics facilities

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience
- Strong industrial experience preferred
- Procore and scheduling software proficiency
