Michael Page is hiring for a medium sized general contractor who specialize in light industrial and commercial projects across Illinois

Job Description

• Lead and manage light industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

A successful Senior Project Manager - Light Industrial should have:
