Compensation
- Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr
- Base pay up to $15.25/hr

Job Duties
Support all Front-End operations and staff including Cashier, Customer Care, Bookkeeping, and Self Checkout. Coach the front end team on Big 3 Goals, complete all assigned tasks, and focus on Customer service and utilizing the “Yes, And” Attitude.
Essential (Primary) Functions:
Monitor and coordinate activities of retail store Cashiers, Customer Care, and SCO attendants
Motivate, coach, and train Front End associates to ensure Front End Big 3 goals are met
Assist Cashiers, Customer Care, and SCO in the execution of their primary functions
Use the “Yes, And” policy to handle any customer or associate issues and inquiries. Elevate to management as needed
Maintain, monitor, and cover Front End lunches and breaks
Perform Cash Management functions utilizing the Cash Recycler such as tender exchanges, open/close registers, advances, manual deposits
Perform Cashier, Customer Care, and SCO duties as needed
Secondary Functions:
Reconcile Cash Registers using Cash Recycler receipts
Armored Truck procedures: Order and receive in change, package and send deposits and special deposits
Perform daily/weekly paperwork duties such as Check Deposits, Daily Tender Reconciliation procedures, variance reporting, variance investigations, DNR reports
Utilize Omnisafe and Omnistore to look up receipts, run reports, monitor tills, maintain register logins
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair registers and all other front end equipment as needed. Use the ticketing system to report issues to Blain’s for resolution
Demonstrate awareness and compliance with all relevant policies (e.g. finance, safety, LP, HR, legal, etc.)
Qualifications
1-3 years of cashier, customer service, bookkeeping, and/or retail experience is preferred
