About Our Client
We are partnering with a growing manufacturer to add a Process Engineer who will play a key role in enhancing production processes, increasing operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This newly established position offers the opportunity to shape manufacturing processes and contribute directly to plant performance.
Job Description
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization
- Support implementation and enhancement of ERP, MES, and SCADA systems
- Identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve operational performance
- Manage and execute manufacturing improvement projects from planning through implementation
- Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence
- Develop process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making and performance improvements
- Ensure manufacturing processes align with quality and regulatory requirements
- Support process automation and manufacturing technology initiatives as needed

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, or continuous improvement environments
- Experience working with ERP, MES, and/or SCADA systems
- Proven project management experience within manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
