Hourly Pay Range: $21.75 – $32.63 Plus Shift Differentials

As an LPN, you'll play an important role in supporting patients throughout their hospital stay. Working alongside Registered Nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, you'll provide direct patient care, monitor patient needs, and help create a comfortable and positive healing environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct bedside nursing care under the supervision and direction of Registered Nurses and physicians.

• Monitor and document vital signs and other relevant patient information.

• Administer medications and injections within your scope of practice.

• Assist with wound care and other nursing treatments as directed.

• Support patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate nursing staff.

• Assist with implementing patient care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions, medications, and care instructions.

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to nursing care.

Compensation & Additional Incentives

Hourly Pay Range: $21.75 – $32.63

• Potential eligibility for a performance-based bonus, subject to established eligibility requirements and performance metrics.

• Eligible evening, night, and weekend shift incentives based on applicable job codes and company policies.

Additional details regarding bonus and shift incentive eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
