As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing a wide variety of medical needs. What You'll Do

As an Emergency Department RN, you'll use your clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and nursing judgment to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients presenting to the Emergency Department.

• Provide nursing care for patients with a variety of medical conditions, injuries, and emergency needs.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized patient care plans.

• Recognize changes in patient conditions and respond appropriately.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Provide education, support, and guidance to patients and their families.

• Supervise and support care delivered by other members of the healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-focused environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Compensation & Additional Incentives

Hourly Pay Range: $33.50-50.25

• Potential eligibility for a performance-based bonus, subject to established eligibility requirements and performance metrics.

• Eligible evening, night, and weekend shift incentives based on applicable job codes and company policies.

Additional details regarding bonus and shift incentive eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
