Hourly Pay Range: $33.50 – $50.25 Plus Shift Differentials - $7 nights

As a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse on night shift, you'll provide high-quality nursing care to acute care patients as well as swing bed patients transitioning through rehabilitation with the goal of returning home. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys variety, strong teamwork, and making a lasting difference in the lives of patients.

What You'll Do

As an RN, you'll use your clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and nursing judgment to provide safe, compassionate, and individualized patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients throughout their hospital stay.

• Provide nursing care to acute Medical-Surgical patients with a variety of healthcare needs.

• Care for swing bed patients who are transitioning through rehabilitation and working toward returning home.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patient progress and recognize changes in condition, responding appropriately.

• Supervise and coordinate care provided by other members of the nursing team.

• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• A compassionate, patient-focused approach to nursing care.

Compensation & Additional Incentives

Hourly Pay Range: $33.50 – $50.25

• Potential eligibility for a performance-based bonus, subject to established eligibility requirements and performance metrics.

• Eligible evening, night, and weekend shift incentives based on applicable job codes and company policies.

Additional details regarding bonus and shift incentive eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
