Winning Wheels is located in Prophetstown, Il, and we are an 88 bed non-profit rehabilitation facility for young adults designed for those diagnosed with Spinal Cord and Traumatic Brain Injuries as well as other neurological impairments.

Winning Wheels is hiring for an MDS Nurse

Duties include:

MDS Coding
Assessments (quarterly, annual and new admits)
Write restorative programs
Supervise Restorative staff (8 staff)
Oversee braces
Rotating on-call and assisting with open shifts
RAC Certification preferred

• RNs and LPNs/LVNs employed at a qualifying nursing home.
• Nurses working an average of at least 30 hours per week.
• Individuals with qualifying student loan debt or who graduated within the last two years.
• A limited number of state agency nursing home inspector positions may also qualify.
