Job Description
- Manage RFIs, ASIs, and submittal processes
- Coordinate owner, architect, and subcontractor communications
- Track project budgets and forecast costs
- Assist with subcontractor buyout packages
- Prepare meeting minutes and project reports
- Support project closeout and turnover

The Successful Applicant
- 3-6 years of commercial construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience with Procore and Bluebeam
