Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Countryside Care Center

Countryside Care Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing team. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available.

Pay: $32.00-$39.42 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Offered pay depends on experience and benefit selections. Employees who decline certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care according to established care plans and physician orders.

• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.

• Observe residents for changes in health or condition and report concerns promptly.

• Document care accurately and maintain required records.

• Coordinate with RNs and other team members to support resident needs.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.

• At least one year of nursing experience.

• Reliable, organized, and effective communication skills.

• A professional, team-oriented approach to resident care.
