Countryside Care Center is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with their daily care needs. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available.

Pay: $19.50-$23.22 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Pay is based on experience and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may qualify for higher hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.

• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning.

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence.

• Maintain a safe and respectful care environment.

Qualifications

• Current state CNA certification.

• New graduates and experienced CNAs are welcome to apply.

• Dependability, patience, and effective communication skills.

• Ability to work cooperatively with residents and the nursing team.
