Macomb Post Acute Care Center is hiring a Dietary Manager for a full-time position overseeing food service operations and supporting quality dining for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily kitchen and dietary operations.

• Supervise dietary staff and organize meal service.

• Help ensure meals meet residents' nutritional needs.

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Food service management or nutrition training preferred.

• Experience in dietary services, food service, or a related field.

• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour
