Job Description
- Develop conceptual and detailed project estimates
- Review drawings and specifications during preconstruction
- Participate in budgeting and value engineering discussions
- Work directly with owners, architects, and development teams
- Analyze subcontractor proposals and scope coverage
- Support GMP development and negotiated project pursuits
- Assist business development efforts through strong client interactions
- Maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
- Experience with commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, or healthcare projects
- Strong conceptual estimating capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with negotiated and design-build projects preferred
