Job Description

• Lead and supervise production employees to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, SQF, and USDA requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and monitor adherence to safe work practices.
• Complete shift reporting, production documentation, and operational records.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate solutions with Maintenance and other departments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to drive engagement and performance.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, and HR to support smooth operations.
• Support audits, inventory activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive accountability, productivity, and operational excellence across the shift.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within food manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and SQF programs.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred

• Associate degree or technical certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in a high-growth manufacturing environment
