Paid CNA Training Program

Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is seeking motivated individuals interested in starting a career in healthcare. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided.

Pay

• $15.50/hour during training

• $19.50/hour starting pay after successful completion of training and CNA certification

Schedule

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

• Flexibility required

Program Opportunity

Gain hands-on experience in a skilled nursing environment while learning resident care skills alongside experienced nursing staff. Participants will have the opportunity to work toward state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Successful program graduates are eligible for full-time positions with benefits.

• Reliable and willing to learn

• Able to commit to the full-time training schedule
