Teach excellent Christian curriculum in meaningful ways while monitoring children's progress and making necessary adjustments for the best results. Shape Christian behavior by positive encouragement and loving correction. Be a team player by working closely with your supervisor, colleagues, and parents. Be teachable, kind, and patient.

Teaching experience as a classroom teacher or as a homeschool parent is preferred. Must offer consistent structure but also be flexible in approach depending on the needs of your students and the school setting.
