Customer Service RepresentativeOxford Laundry

We are seeking someone who is friendly, punctual, and organized for a customer service representative position! This job is a part-to-full time position (10-40hrs/wk) with hours available Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Day to day, employees keep our dry cleaner and washing machines running while pressing and stain treating the items that need and helping customers as they come in. Good task management is essential to being an effective part of our team. We also do deliveries for a number of our commercial clients, so the ability to drive is a big bonus, but not required.

While cleaning, pressing, and customer service make up the bulk of the work, there are also numerous opportunities to pick up other skills. With the number of machines we use on a daily basis, something is always calling for a little bit of plumbing or electrical know-how. Additionally, as a small business looking to grow, we will have a greater need for marketing and sales. Should there be the desire, this sort of work is available as well.
