We're looking for someone with 2-7 years of experience as an Assisted Living Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while maintaining regulatory compliance and managing budgets effectively. Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including staff management, resident care coordination, and budget oversight to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities, maintaining accurate documentation and implementing necessary policy updates Lead, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain optimal coverage and a high standard of resident care across all shifts

Must hold a valid state-issued Assisted Living Administrator license or be eligible to obtain one Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment Strong track record of building collaborative relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
