What You'll Be Doing:

• Signage: Install and remove "For Sale" yard signs and riders

• Property Access: Deploy and retrieve electronic lockboxes, and handle key duplication

• Provide Updates: Provide photo confirmation once each task is complete

Is This You?

• You're reliable — punctual, communicative, and easy to count on

• You're comfortable with physical work — lifting 30+ lbs and pounding sign stakes into varied soil types

• You have a valid driver's license (a reliable pickup truck or similar vehicle for hauling sign posts is ideal)

• You're open to driving to surrounding towns — runner jobs are in Moscow and the surrounding areas including Pullman, Lewiston, or even Saint Maries.
