Customer Experience LeadConsignCloud
ConsignCloud is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to own the experience our customers have from first product demo through onboarding and ongoing support.
ConsignCloud is a quickly growing Software as a Service company, and this is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical part of the company at an early stage. You will manage a team of support specialists and report directly to the CEO, while also doing hands-on work like conducting demos and keeping customer facing resources up to date.
This role will have significant influence over how ConsignCloud works with its customers. As we grow, there is substantial room for this role to expand. This person will become responsible for building a larger customer experience organization, take on broad leadership responsibilities and help shape how ConsignCloud serves an increasingly large customer base.
As customer experience lead you will:
Lead customer support: Manage, coach and support our support specialists, and develop systems to ensure customers receive fast, accurate and thoughtful help.
Conduct product demos: Introduce prospective customers to ConsignCloud and show them how the product fits their needs.
Maintain customer facing materials: Keep our help center, onboarding resources, videos and other resources up to date.
Improve the customer experience: proactively identify recurring frustrations with the product, and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering.
We are seeking someone who:
is excellent at writing and clear in communication.
has experience leading or mentoring others. You may currently hold a managerial position, or you may be the person everyone goes to at your current role, despite not holding the title.
takes ownership and will build systems to improve our customers' experience.
Nice to have:
Experience in customer support, sales or another customer-facing role.
