Company Introduction

Marmac Inc. is a locally owned, family-run business that has proudly served the Maui community since 1971. What started as a small hardware store in Kahului has grown into two locations and a strong, close-knit team, while still holding true to our original philosophy of giving back and treating people like family.
We’re more than just a hardware store; we’re a place where employees are valued, supported, and given the opportunity to grow. Many of our team members stay with us long-term because of our positive work environment, hands-on leadership, and commitment to teamwork.
As part of the Ace Hardware family, we combine the stability of a national brand with the personal, community-focused approach of a local business. We take pride in delivering the best customer service on the island, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our customers and our employees.
If you’re someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in your work, and wants to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to have you join the Marmac team.
