We help campaigns, political organizations, and advocacy groups execute large-scale voter-contact programs, including door-to-door canvassing, field team management, petition and signature collection, voter outreach, and other campaign support services.Our work is fast-moving, deadline-driven, and highly operational, especially during the general election season. We are looking for a dependable and highly organized Executive Office Assistant who can help keep our leadership team, office, and projects running smoothly during the busiest part of the election cycle.Position OverviewThreshold Strategies is seeking a proactive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Executive Office Assistant to support senior staff members overseeing our Political Affairs and Field Operations departments.This person will serve as an organizational hub for the office. Responsibilities will include managing calendars, arranging travel, tracking expenses, preparing spreadsheets, coordinating meetings, assisting with office operations, and supporting projects across multiple departments.This is a high-trust position that will include both professional and personal administrative support. The right candidate will be comfortable handling confidential information, shifting between different types of assignments, anticipating needs, and following projects through to completion without requiring constant direction.This is an in-person, temporary, full-time W-2 position based in our Woodstock, Georgia office.Primary ResponsibilitiesExecutive and Calendar SupportManage and organize calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and deadlines.Provide scheduling and administrative support to senior Political Affairs and Field Operations staff.Prepare meeting notes, track follow-up items, and remind team members of outstanding responsibilities.Travel and LogisticsCoordinate and book flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and other travel arrangements.Help coordinate travel and deployment logistics for field staff when needed.Organize travel receipts and supporting documentation for expense reporting and reconciliation.Expense Tracking, Budgets, and Administrative SupportCollect, organize, and track receipts, expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, basic budgets, reports, lists, and project documents.Assist with data entry, document formatting, file organization, and general recordkeeping.Assist with office purchasing, vendor coordination, deliveries, and other office needs.Administrative SupportAssist with personal administrative tasks.Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, service providers, deliveries, purchases, and occasional local errands.Handle personal information and assignments with professionalism, discretion, and appropriate judgment.QualificationsRequiredExceptional organization and attention to detail.Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong judgment, professionalism, reliability, and discretion.Ability to work independently, identify what needs to be done, and complete assignments without constant supervision.Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.Willingness to assist with both professional and personal administrative responsibilities.Comfort working in a political consulting environment and around confidential campaign and client information.Availability to work in person during normal business hours and occasional evenings or weekends when election-related needs require it.PreferredPrevious experience as an executive assistant, office assistant, administrative coordinator, operations assistant, or similar role.Experience in political campaigns, consulting, field operations, event management, professional services, or another deadline-driven environment.Familiarity with QuickBooks, Airtable, customer relationship management platforms, project-management systems, or similar business software.Experience coordinating employee or group travel.Political or campaign experience is helpful but not required. Strong organization, judgment, initiative, and follow-through are more important than prior political experience.What Success Looks LikeThe successful candidate will:Keep leadership organized, informed, prepared, and on schedule.Notice problems, conflicts, and missing information before they become urgent.Take ownership of assignments and follow them through to completion.Communicate clearly and provide timely updates.Be comfortable moving between executive support, office administration, field logistics, spreadsheets, and personal administrative tasks.Earn the trust of leadership through consistency, discretion, and sound judgment.Help create structure and order during a fast-paced election season.Employment DetailsPosition: Executive Office Assistant Employment Type: Temporary, full-time W-2 position Compensation: Salaried — $55,000/yearly Work Location: In person at Threshold Strategies’ office in Woodstock, Georgia Anticipated Start Date: September 1, 2026 Anticipated Final Day of Employment: November 14, 2026 Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional Availability: Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required based on campaign, travel, and field-operation needs.This position is expected to conclude on November 14, 2026.
