Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure compliance with project plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect work for quality assurance and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
