Job Description
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure adherence to plans.
- Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
