Job Description
- Lead all day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through final turnover.
- Manage ground-up commercial projects ranging from $5M to $25M in value.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and onsite manpower.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager, ownership, architects, and trade partners throughout construction.
- Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project progress, upcoming activities, and potential challenges.
- Maintain high standards for quality control, jobsite safety, and OSHA compliance.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve field conflicts, scheduling issues, and constructability challenges.
- Manage inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and closeout to ensure a smooth project turnover.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and clients while representing the contractor professionally onsite.

The Successful Applicant
- Ground-up commercial construction experience
- Projects in the $5M to $25M+ range
- Broad commercial experience across multiple project types
- Strong subcontractor management and scheduling capabilities
- Experience managing projects from groundbreaking through turnover
- Strong understanding of safety, quality control, and project documentation
- Local to Savannah, GA market
