Job Summary
Site Development Estimator & Project Manager – prepare cost estimates for large residential, commercial, and industrial projects. After awarded of the project, manage the workflow, customers’ expectations, schedules, and vendor relations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Working knowledge of Agtek
- Working knowledge of HardDollar, B2W, or HCSS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Schedule
- Startup and Closeout Experience with the local government agencies
- 3-7 years experience
