Quarterly performance bonus opportunity!An overview of the Field Directors' duties: "Build a grassroots team within their assigned region to conduct precinct walks to survey and educate voters on pro-life issues related to the 2024 election.A field director would spend a typical workday recruiting, training and managing field representatives who will identify pro-life and persuadable voters for the 2026 mid-term election."Job Qualifications/Requirements:Proven ability to recruit, train and manage a team of twenty five Field RepresentativesMust maintain a courteous attitudeMust demonstrate behavior and have a reputation that is aligned with the core values of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America.Must be at least 18 years old.Knowledge/Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience/certificationsExperience working as a team member on grassroots projects with the understanding that we work toward a common goalKnowledge / experience of basic project management, organization, recruitment, event planning and schedulingProven competency in Google Documents, setting up and hosting Zoom conferences and navigating internet browsersSkills, Abilities, and Special Talents/Gifts:Ability to resolve conflictsCoachable, gracious and encouragingAble to maintain constant contact with team members and direct reportsAttention to detailThrive in a high speed, high demand work cultureAbility to multi-task
