Harmony Baptist Church of Monroe, Georgia is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Worship. We are a growing multi-generational church in Northeast Central Georgia, not far from Athens and Atlanta.  We currently have an average service attendance of 175 and growing; our region is one of the fastest growing residential areas in the state!  The ideal candidate will be able to lead a blended worship service, as well as the ability to work with our choir and praise band. This position requires assisting the pastor in the various ministries of the church. Minimum Qualifications:   Calling & Education Called and Gifted by God to serve as a Pastor Bachelor’s Degree or Higher from a Bible college or seminary  Experience & Desired Skills Ministry experience required Experience in planning music for services and leading worship preferred Familiarity with ProPresenter and Planning Center Able to use and communicate through modern platforms such as email, text, Microsoft, and Google programs.  Personal Walk Profess and have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord & Savior Affirm the Bible and agree with the Baptist Faith & Message (2000)  Please email a cover letter and resume along with a link or videos demonstrating the calling God has placed on your life.
