Job Description
The Superintendent will oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.
- Lead daily site operations and construction activities
- Manage subcontractor coordination and site logistics
- Maintain project schedules and milestone targets
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements
- Collaborate with project management and client teams
- Conduct site meetings and progress reporting
- Drive project execution from mobilisation through closeout

The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent role we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
- Experience leading projects valued at $50M+
- Background in multifamily, senior living, student housing, or similar projects
- Strong tenure with reputable construction firms
- Demonstrated career progression and leadership growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Southeast
- Strong safety, scheduling, and subcontractor management expertise
