Customer Service Representative (CSR)Drummond Press

Serve as a direct liaison between the sales team, client and print production facilities, ensuring timely and accurate production of the client's product through positive internal and external coordination through all phases of manufacturing.

Essential duties include receiving projects from sales and clients and processing orders accurately from inception through delivery; quality review of your own work before production begins; general proof reviews against client and Drummond standards; coordinating corrections and changes during work-in-process; collaborating with the Operations Team; supporting sales and customers by phone, mail and email, resolving problems and providing proof of delivery and order status; managing and developing relationships with assigned accounts; preparing and submitting project invoices; and resolving product or service problems through to resolution.

Requirements: four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred; minimum of 2 years or more of experience in printing project management or client support; ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively; effective interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication; established PC skills with Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office. Pace software experience is a plus. No certificates or licenses needed.
