Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale commercial projects while providing leadership to project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects valued at $20M+
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractor partners
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
- Oversee change management, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial performance
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards
- Drive overall project success from preconstruction through closeout

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with increasing project leadership responsibility
- Proven track record delivering commercial construction projects valued at $20M+
- Experience across multiple sectors including office, healthcare, higher education, industrial, hospitality, multifamily, or mixed-use developments
- Strong contract management, budgeting, estimating, and scheduling expertise
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management platforms
- Exceptional client-facing and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving project outcomes
- Stable employment history with reputable commercial general contractors
