Job Description
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary project details.
- Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing to ensure competitive bids.
- Identify potential cost-saving measures and risk factors in project planning.
- Maintain and update cost databases for future reference and accuracy.
- Present cost analysis and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in all estimates.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Estimator should have:
- Local to Metro Atlanta
- Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Commercial Construction
