Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage and supervise contractors and on-site staff.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- Experience with managing construction projects from planning to completion.
