Job Description

• Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain smooth project flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Review project plans and specifications to anticipate challenges and provide solutions.
• Monitor and manage resources, including materials and labor, to meet project requirements.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and management teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues early.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience preferred
• Strong experience with ground-up commercial construction
• Background across mixed commercial projects such as:
  • Retail & Restaurants
  • Automotive Dealerships
  • Aviation
  • Light Industrial / Warehouse
  • Class A / Office
• Proven ability to independently manage projects in the field
• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Atlanta-based with knowledge of the local construction market preferred
