Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their SE Traveling construction division.
Job Description
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to manage day-to-day site activities.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project plans.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on-site.
- Coordinate material deliveries and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report project progress to the Superintendent.
- Address on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays.
