Job Description
- Oversee daily municipal construction activities on assigned project sites.
- Coordinate site schedules, crews, subcontractors, and deliveries to keep work progressing.
- Review project plans and specifications to guide field work.
- Monitor work quality and address site issues as they arise.
- Communicate project updates, schedule needs, and site conditions with project stakeholders.
- Track day-to-day construction progress against project schedules.
- Coordinate site meetings to align field activity and next steps.
- Maintain organized project documentation related to site work.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent - Municipal should have:
- Ground up experience of $15M projects
- Experience overseeing construction activities on active job sites.
- Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries.
- Ability to read and apply construction plans and specifications.
- Experience tracking field progress and resolving day-to-day site issues.
- Clear communication skills for working with project stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing site priorities in municipal construction work.
