Job Objective: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving materials, managing inventory, and shipping orders promptly and accurately. Your commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the warehouse team in maintaining harmony and efficiency.

• Ensure high-quality coverage on the warehouse floor.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Epicor P21 WebUI and WMS.

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.

• Complete inbound and outbound tasks accurately and on time.

• Participate in inventory and cycle counts.

• Forklift Operator experience required

• Prior experience in the tile or flooring industry is a plus.

• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Must be punctual and dependable.

• Capable of working in extreme temperatures (hot and cold).
